“I ordered 2 new tyres and front wheel alignment on line as TyreWorld was recommended by a friend who does a lot of work on cars and always goes here for his tyres - I can see why! The price was very good, the service was available the same afternoon that I ordered them and the staff I dealt with on the phone were friendly and helpful. I wasn't with my friend when he took the car but the work was fast and efficient. On top of all that I somehow managed to press the wrong button and ordered the wrong tyres but the staff dealt with that and (very important to me as female) didn't make me feel like an idiot ha ha - even tho I was! Lastly the tyres I should have ordered were a few pounds higher in price but they said they would honour the price I had ordered at. To me that is excellent customer serv”
